Prices displayed on the site are in Moroccan Dirhams (DH).

The price applicable to an order is the one displayed at the time of its confirmation.

Promotions are valid during the indicated period and on the relevant products. Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be combined.

Payment is made at the time of receiving the order.

8. Delivery

Orders are delivered to the address provided during the ordering process.

The customer must provide correct and complete information to ensure a smooth delivery.

Delivery times and terms are indicated on the site or during order confirmation.

In the event of an incorrect address, incorrect phone number, or inability to reach the customer, delivery may be delayed.

9. Receipt of order

Upon receipt of the order, we recommend that the customer check the condition of the package and products.

In the event of a damaged product, incorrect product, or missing item, the customer must contact our customer service as soon as possible so that we may process their request.

10. Exchange

Exchanges are possible according to the conditions indicated on our site and subject to the availability of the desired product.

To be accepted, the product must notably:

• Be in its original condition

• Not have been worn or used

• Not have been washed or damaged
